Last week, to close out my birthday month, I treated a group of friends to an aerial silks class with Heather. They were good sports about it, and it was a lot of fun to introduce them to aerial acrobatics. Maureen put it best: "The things I do for you. I can't believe you got me to wear spandex and do the splits." That's right! It's my birthday and I'll aerial if I want to!
