Did one set of 100 file cabinet pushups and have noodles for arms. But, I did it! :)
Arrived in NYC last night. I have to figure out for sure how long my run around the Prospect park in Brooklyn was this morning, but I think it was just about 7 miles. At the end I did some pushups, dips, squats, plyo-jumps and even jumping jacks. Very very nice :)
