We Are The Champions!
Greetings, veterans of extreme wellness!
We did it! Over 28 days, 31 soldiers of health braved 864 nutritious meals, 332 workouts and 3,194 hours of sleep. Feeling good? You should! Those are some championship statistics.
Speaking of champs, Megan T. completed 143% of her challenge goals. Uh-mazing! In honor of her efforts, we hereby award Megan with her very own customized Social Workout challenge. That's right, Megan, you get to pick the goals, we'll make the challenge and name it after you. Hooray! Try not to become intoxicated on the power of telling other people what to do.
Yes, this challenge has ended, but in Social Workout-land, a challenge is never really over. Whether you aced this round or you need a "do-over," we've got your back! The May installment of the Social Workout 101 begins TOMORROW! Sign up at the link below, then prep your vegetables, schedule your gym time and set your alarm clock. Here comes another 28-day adventure in healthy living!
Love,
The Social Workout 101 Booster Squad

Last Thursday: Personal training with Buffin. I graduated from the assisted pullup machine to doing my own pullups with assistance from Buffin. I can't believe how much aerial silks practice I do and I still can't do a full pullup. Soon, my pretties, soon! Buffin once again forced me to confront my fear of box jumps, and I did 3 without him holding my hand. Progress! While he stretched me, he accidentally grazed my boob, which made us burst into giggles. Personal training is a really weird publicly intimate experience. Anyway, now we're even for when I kind of grabbed his crotch when I slipped during box jumps.

Catchup for last Sunday: Lady Bulldozer and I rented a studio to practice for our duet act for the student showcase. The adrenaline rush from rigging the silks wears me out more than doing two routines. This is Lady Bulldozer doing a fierce "Iron Cross."
