This 31 day workout challenge will take place from Monday, March 5th-Tuesday, April 3rd.
Our FITNESS GOAL is to complete the following within 31 days:
1000 pushups/biceps curls
1000 squats/lunges
1000 crunches
You must also meet a WEEKLY QUOTA of 250 REPETITIONS of each to stay in the group and complete the challenge.
All members will be expected to post their progress on this Facebook group page at least TWICE A WEEK!!
*Members are allowed to use different exercises for these muscle groups as long at you meet the 1000 repetitions mark by the end of the 31 days.
Example: dips instead of pushups or pull up bar exercises instead of
bicep curls.
*YOU ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO post images or videos of different exercise variations you are doing for these muscle groups. Others can learn other exercises through what you post.
