MS Walk (I jogged/walked) went well...my feet were a little sore from the 5K on Sat, but I finished!
2nd Workout on Treadmill finally completed Miles Run, Yea, did a interval training program for intensity then back to 5 mins of regular cool down walking; puppy bored fell asleep :-)

Today I'm grateful for the 12 years that I've known the man. Pretty good for a bar pick-up! Also grateful for my generous tax refund, the new shoes I will be buying this week and the bottle of Prosecco chilling in the frig for this evening.
Zero exercise today, but did build a model Algonquin village with the kid for school. I think I had more fun than he did. Yippee for arts and crafts!
Workout consisted of stretching & core exercises + 3 Burpees + Treadmill after 45 minutes of walking with my puppy; beautiful day here loads of sun but still nippy; puppy again is sound asleep and we are both happy ;-)

Workout on treadmill today thus far did two 40 minutes of power walking for Gina @ 2.5 mph feeling good; puppy sleeping :-)
Friday I worked at home which usually means gym or yoga but instead I took a nap in the afternoon. It was cold and rainy and I was grateful for my warm bed (and warm man).
I'm grateful for the sun this morning after a week of rain. Went for a run around the park but it was very windy so I detoured on to some side streets which helped block the wind and I explored a neighbourhood I've never seen before.
