Hey Everyone!!! Welcome to the GET FIT MARCH MADNESS Challenge!! 31 days of changing your body for the better. Here's how it works: PICK A FITNESS GOAL that you want to do every day for the month of march. I posted a couple above here (Cardio, yoga, etc). For Example: I will do Hot Yoga every day for the Month of March. Or I will go rock climbing every day. Or I will go jogging every other day with pilates classes on my "off days". Pick some sort of fitness goal to complete during the month of March.
