Om Shanti and Congrats!
The March edition of Yoga Journal's 21 Day Challenge has ended, and it was an impressive showing. Collectively, we logged nearly 17,260 minutes of meditation, and 1,782 yoga practices. Forty-one of us made it to 50%, and nine got to 100% or beyond. Bravo!
Everything is better with company ,and this month we had three teams cheering each other on. Team "No challenge is too BIG for us newbies!!" continued to pull together and rule the leaderboard, once again. Team "Move More and Eat Well" also had a strong showing. Let's hear it for team work and group support!
SO, the challenge is over, but good news, there's another one coming! We are continuing the 21-Day Challenge monthly series. If you want to keep your daily yoga practice going, with support from your new best friends, stick around. We're also kicking off a few other challenges which you might enjoy.
One of our favorite trainers, Cari Shoemate, is bringing her popular Houston Bombshell Bootcamp online! It involves a lot of pushups, but that's a walk in the park if you're up on your chatarunga dandasana. We're also bringing back the Social Workout 101, to help keep us all honest in maintaining a modicum of healthy behavior. Relevant links below.
