got a great spinning workout, followed by abs and yoga, then off to work on arms and shoulders. I'm counting all that as two. Then, home with the chillins, where I hung the swings on the swingset for spring. We did some serious swingin'. I intended to bust out the hulahoops to distract the drivers going past our house, but never got to it. Oh yeah, cornbread waffles with homegrown sausage and greenbeans for dinner. Delightful.
Feel like I'm returning to the land of the living after a rough bronchial infection. Loaded the cupcake children onto the beastly bike today and did a 3 mile ride, complete with a stop to chuck rocks into the creek. simple pleasures. Completely looking forward to spinning class tomorrow, my first in almost 2 weeks.
