+AHH meditation for 3 minutes; tomorrow I start new 21-Day Challenge of Yoga; did declutter for 10 mins. feeling a bit overwhelming and relieved at the same time. That 10 minutes did not revolve into 20 minutes today, will try that tomorrow see what happens. ;-)

hello, Sonia, you know something...."I love you." I sat outside today, on a towel on the ground and did my yoga as well as my meditation; there was absolutely no pain today; the birds were tweeting and the sun was shinning and it is Jan. 31, 2012; and the temp. today here in PA is 56 degrees; who can ask for more than this. I am so happy and clearly enjoying this sunshine and heat wave; 2 days ago we had snow & ice.

Did you all meditate today, AHH what a wonderful and delightful drug meditation is for me, I just love to meditate, it relieves all my tension and muscle pain. Just wanted to let you know did do the 3rd AAHHH Breathing for the past two nights, however, I didn't log back in to count it. What a wonderful day today is/was workout went well, yoga was about breathing & stretching today and meditation was soooooooooooo relaxing and effective. Hope everyone of you had a great day as well and that your workouts and challenges are going smoothly. I love all of you and Sonia, hope all is well with you and I love you, too!!! Liz K
