a quick 2mi treadmill run to end the day
Well, I'm either an idiot or an addict, or both. Looked outside after I entered that "0" for the day and the sun and warm temps called my name. So I just came back from a 40 walk, and although I'm super tired, my rumbly tummy feels better. Bring on February!
40 minute walk this morning - done! Feel so much better and will definitely continue next month. Thanks, Sarah, for organizing and motivating me!
Nifty 2-mile run to end off the month!
Well friends, I'm ending January on a low note. We've got a stomach bug here and it's not been pretty the last couple of days . . . much as I'd like to get myself to 96% done, I think it's best to be satisfied w/missing only 2 days this month.
See you in February!!
Several key points:
1.) I'm SO excited for (and slightly terrified by) The Dawn Patrol. I'm way into Big Challenges. Must dream up a few more....
2.) With 21 Day Challenge over, I started running again. This feels good.
3.) I can not keep track of how many glasses of water I drink. Was it four or seven? Who knows. Need better technology.
4.) Speaking of technology: There are SO many upgrades we've got in the works. Don't be afraid to speak up and tell us what your top request would be for Social Workout. You can comment here, or submit a suggetion via our Feedback form!
5.) Not drinking was easier this year than ever before.
6.) Count it!
Body Step with Becca to end this first month of 2012!! I was so pushing for that 90% level, but am not stressing about it...I only missed 4 days of workouts this month and I feel good about it! I'm excited that I was able to designate that much of the month to ME!!! Yippeee!!! See you in Feb...
