      maggie c. Being able to modify the exercises really makes it easy not to get bored and keeps you focused. 1 year ago
    • Christine N. Yes! I love varying the types of squats/pushups/lunges to keep it interesting. Or helps cater different situations... e.g., if you're already fatigued, you can take it a little easier, or if you're trying to sneak workouts into everyday situations (wall/rail pushups in the elevator home for me, or pushups on stairs on the walk up). 1 year ago

      maggie c. Thanks Christine I'll have to try the wall pushups while I'm waiting for the commuter train later this afternoon. Plus I'll be able to get in that 4th workday stretch in before heading home. 1 year ago
