Social Workout 101 is a recurring monthly challenge, aimed to get you to the baseline of extreme wellness. This month, we've included a bonus goal - hold a plank for 30 secs a day. It's good for you!

any challenge as long as at least one team member joins the challenge, and the challenge host adds the team to the challenge.
