FINALLY braved the outdoors instead of dragging my butt to the nearest treadmill, and it felt GOOD! (I'm definitely considering this a metaphorical dragon slain.) Gosh, I missed running in the park. Even if I did have to dodge a whole lot of puddles, and even if the icy patches made it feel like trail running at times, this workout was blissful. Listened to the Mindfulist podcast and enjoyed the brisk air. Count it.
