Lunchtime boot camp with Nikki at 24 Hour Fitness. Oh man, it's been a while. How I've missed this so. Quite the butt kicking.
Intro Ballet again in the evening at BAE. This time I stopped by the Capezio store at Peridance near my office and got a pair of ballet slippers to work with, although I had to sew up the straps when I got home tha tnight. Class that was with Julie, I think, and compared to the previous day, this one was fast paced, and I was SWEATY! Loved it.
Those plies count as squats right, even though this Thousands challenge was incomplete for me?

Gyrotonic pilates.... I was the only one who showed up for class, and the instructors were Rachel and the guy who owns Movement Salon. It became a private session with way more touching than I'll ever be comfortable with, and I think I burned a whopping 5 calories throughout the hour.
Later, ballet at Ballet Academy East. Groupon, I love you. I had been feeling like my feet had weakened and wished for a place to take intro ballet classes again, and Groupon showed up with this sweet deal. $29 bucks for 5 classes.
I needed ballet slippers but the store was closed by the time I got there, so I just went in socks. To my dismay, I was the only one not in ballet slippers. Poop. Anyway, first class was with... I forgot her name. But she has a thick accent and was very sweet, and the class was very very intro, so it was easy to follow. Love.
