Hi there, old friends!
We're one day away from the official start of 'Tis the Season to Stick With It!' If you haven't joined, there's still time to come on over!
I'm ready to get moving, and hoping to see some of my favorite faces from 'C'mon Get Happy!' As the 'Stick With It!' challenge kicks off, there may be some questions that come up. Have no fear, we're here to answer all of them along the way, and help make sense of anything that may be unclear. One of the biggest questions we have received so far is what counts as 'family time.' Since many of us don't live near family, it's not possible to spend active time with family members on a daily basis. But close friends are just like family, are they not? Time with people who you love and who make you happy is equivalent to family time in our book!
There are plenty of prizes for people who finish 50% of the challenge or more, but to get to 100%, you will have to record activity each day of the challenge, from Dec. 2 until finish. Let's stick with it (really, though!) from beginning to end, and help motivate each other when we're having an off day, because that's what this challenge (and the holidays) are all about. Support!
If you've signed up, you should get a good night's sleep, so we can start Day 1 of this challenge off right! I'm excited to see you all in the morning!
