Meet maymay, the winner of our Market Summer Challenge. In appreciation, we offered her the chance to design a challenge. Thus, maymay's Vegan Eat Pray Dance was born. We asked maymay a few questions, and discovered that, if she ruled the world, she'd be a benevolent dancing vegan dictator. Read more about maymay below:
SW: What's your number one workout spot?
mm: Crunch!
SW: You take a lot of group fitness classes - what's your favorite and is there any class you've ever walked out of, never to return?
mm: My fave is Hip Hop!! Hip Hop4life! I never say never to any class, though I shy away from classes w/contraptions like spin bikes, trampolines, steps, bootcamp instructors...
SW: If you ruled the world, which fitness laws would you make mandatory for all humans on earth?
I would proclaim the world be vegan!
SW: Finish this sentence: Exercise is best done ____
mm: ....w/no stress, no ego, and all heart because it is all for the good of you.
SW: Is there anything health-or-fitness wise that you've always wanted to try, but haven't, and why?
mm: Pole dancing because I'm afraid of heights & heels...but I have such admiration for their upper body strength!
SW: What was the best thing you bought at a farmers' market this summer?
mm: Nectarines! Also these homemade vegan organic baked herbed tofu turnovers from an amazing vegan dude's booth!
