Questions & Rules
Does logging on Social Workout automatically update my Everyday Health Calorie Counter?
No, you need to log your calories on EverydayHealth.com or via our free iPhone app, and then share your successes with your new Social Workout friends! You can also choose a different calorie counter to log.
Do I get a Social Workout account when I join?
Yes! Whether you join the challenge via Facebook, or on SocialWorkout.com, you'll get a free account on Social Workout.
What are you going to do with my email and logging data?
Both Social Workout and Everyday Health will have access to your basic contact information, and will protect it according to their respective privacy policies. Find Social Workout's here and Everyday Health's here.
Can I join if the challenge has already started?
Yes, feel free to join at any time. You’re still eligible for the daily spot prizes, and you may hit the 50% mark even if you're too late to get all the way to 100%.
Can I do catch up posts?
Yes. If you miss a day, you can always post a "catch up" post. Just click on the date you missed above your activity form, and add your actiivty.
