With at least 3 folks who completed, apparently New Year Thousands were a little too easy for you guys :) So this month we are turning up the heat with plyometric jumps to replace jumping jacks. There are so many variations with plyo jumps but any of them will leave you totally winded. They are not easy! Some variations listed below.
