If you have ever taken a yoga class, you know that stillness and surrender are the hardest poses of all. Whether or not you have a regular meditation practice, together we'lll support each other as we strive for clarity and peace of mind.  We'll be posting inspiration and guided meditations, and please share any of your favorite meditation tips or practices with us on the challenge wall. How It Works 1.) Hit the big blue "Join" button above, and you're in the challenge. 2.) Invite your friends! Click the Facebook "Send" button to rally some moral support. 3.) Meditate for ten minutes daily. Listen to your breath, repeat a mantra or listen to a guided meditation. There is no wrong way, only your way. 4.) Count it!
