Welcome to The Monthly Standard - April Edition!
Exercise is an important component of overall health, but do you really know how many times you work out each month? We've created The Monthly Standard as a way to track your baseline amount of workouts, social-like, with peer pressure and group support for all.
Your mission: 24 workouts in 28 days, which averages out to 6 per week. It's ambitious, but doable, with focus and daily dedication. What constitutes a workout is up to you, but be prepared to defend yourself.
Good luck and good sweat!
Individuals set goals, while groups do "social challenges." Each challenge comes complete with a
dedicated page and leaderboard. Some social challenges are public, and some are invite-only. Right
now there are 65 running challenges and 2
challenges about to start. Check 'em out, or maybe start your own!
STEP IT UP!
