A better run
Upped my running stamina and actually enjoyed my 40 minutes on the treadmill today. I didn't feel tired, perhaps because I waited until the end of the day and hadn't really exerted myself since yoga the day before. The run put me in a great mood for the rest of the evening. Polenta and Trivial Pursuit followed. AND, the gym at work got an assisted dips/pull-ups machine!&

Beer for dinner shouldn't do wonders for a funky tummy--but it did the trick anyway! Go figure....
F. 12:26, uphill sprints, downhill walks. 41:25, Tai Chi warm ups, 90 sit ups. Workout, 2 sets @ 45 seconds each: squats, push ups, overhead squats with dumbbells, push-press with dumbbells, diagonal woodchops with dumbbells, side plank raises, fit ball knee tucks, renegades, and V-sits. Five sun salutes.

Mondays are long days at work. Today we went on a field trip. A plane landed on the Turnpike, but we didn't get that far, thus, didn't know about it until we got home. It's hot chocolate month at City Bakery, but I'm doing sugar free for this week, thus, not having a week of hot cocoa. But that's ok, because I woke up at 6:30 for the last time today! Maybe not the
