I just joined Social Work in mid-October and I'd like to know more about "Sw-e-at". I always see it in the hot tags, and when I clicked on that, the word "sw-e-at" is just mentioned as a part of a post. Was it a challenge? Is it a class? I find it intriguing and I'd like to know more about it.

I hopped on the trainer yesterday morning at 5:45 a.m. to bike for 45 minutes. Apparently, (and I should have known this) I woke up our super who lives right below us. He heard the bike whirring and asked my partner later in the day if we have a "machine." My partner informed me that biking in the living room "may not be a morning activity."

The dark horse feat of this month was by far the smoothiest challenge. I just never crave a smoothie, so was making them when I was already full, or already cold, or both. But I did it.
