Ran this morning: 5 minute warmup then alternated hard/easy in sets of minutes...1-1-2-2-3-3-2-2-1-1, then two minute warm down. short ab workout.

tonight i did a 30 minute run, 5x5 push-ups (I'm going to have to start working more of these in throughout the day or I won't make it to 1,000!), 2x20 unweighted squats, 50 abs.

yay for new challenges!
I failed to achieve the Thousands last challenge, but I'm determined to do it this time! I love that this new challenge is kinda hardcore (for me at least...) and it's got me pumped.
30 minute run, 2x10 push-ups, 20 lunges, 100 abs.
Followed by a trail mix-y oatmeal:
1/3 c dry old fashioned oats (out of steel cut!) plus 2/3 c water

I Rise For The Sunrise
Normally not a morning person, I got my booty out of bed this morning in time to see the sun rise on my morning run. The crisp fresh air coupled with the dawn's first light was so inspiring. It made me remember why its worth it to get up early and I even managed to feel inspired without my iPod. I'm feeling Feralicious!

didn't want to get up this morning but i skipped out on working out yesterday so i got out of bed and did a 30 minute run in the wind/cold. brutal! 100 abs and 20 lunges.
