tiny circuit

I was going to run yesterday, but then I felt totally overwhelmed by the fact that my bedroom was a mess (even though I was at work) and I had NO PRODUCE in the house at all, so instead of a post-work run, I went to the food store and bought a bunch of veggies.

blowing the dust out

Went out to the barn yesterday. I'd given Cookie the day off on Monday because I was frankly too tired myself to go out there, and figured we could both use the break. My riding goal yesterday was mainly to walk her out, warm her up, maybe trot a little to get her legs moving, and to assess whether or not she was still sore. OH BOY.

BO-RING

today's workout was nothing more than slowly chipping away at crunches, squats, dips, pushups. I'm too tired for anything else. And maybe vaguely drunk. And I think I scratched my cornea. LAME. But still a workout. 

Tomorrow I'm visiting the horse to see if she's as sore as I am. And I might pull out the jumprope.

horse show day

horse show yesterday. I was gonna write out a long-winded blog post about it but instead i put that on my blog. I'll just say that I got up at 4:30 in the morning and got home at 9:00 at night.
