Stir it Up
I used the bike this morning. Just thought I'd stir things up in the workout department since I'm growing bored of the same tunes I've had on my ipod since 2006.
I also did my sun salutations and tree pose (with a glass of Emergen-c), and half of my sacred sweat (2 min plank).
Your Playlists
Spindig's Plank Playlist
Many a playlist will get you through a mind-numbing hour of cardio. But rare is the playlist that truly focuses your body for five intense minutes of action. Spindig has created that rare playlist. She's a feat-conquering machine, and now you can be too. Listen, focus, hold, repeat, and work your way up to full-five-minute plank nirvana with her specially selected tracks. Plus: Bonus tunes for hula hooping, yoga, and mountain climbing feats. Spindig's full liner notes after the jump.

Day of Feats
Michelle really wanted to catch up on her feats today, so she talked me into making Sunday the Day of Feats. We started out the morning searching Prospect Heights for open basketball courts in the scorching sun, eventually finding a hoop at a school on St. Marks where we completed our Free Throw challenge (after about seven attempts each).

(FEAT of SUMMER in this workout: improved plank)
Hello from bush Alaska! I come up here every summer and pick up some work as a backcountry guide. Today I've been packing up food for a weeklong hike trip in bear country. But I managed to squeak a workout in.
