Why does it feel like Friday?!
Ok so my goal to do lunch time work outs is somewhat unrealistic right now. However, I am goin to wake up early everday this week to work out since daylight savings and also to set a good habit for myself and my whole running thing.

Muay Thai, roundhouses all day. Elbows and stuff too. I love practicing elbows but its not like we can use them...hmmmph. We did a drill where we did 1 on each side, then 2, then 3. Which burns u out, but I remember once upon a time when I used to do up to 10! but counting down bc its easier.

Kali class was knife work and sticks. I find I enjoy the sticks MUCH more. Goin to practice thsoe drills at home. Noon Muay that was fun bc we did jumping knees and padwork. OHHH I've missed padwork! I forced myself into Clinch class but since the instructor knows I am hesistant and not so confident he let me be partners with my friend C the whole time.

Sparring is really humbling.
Tuesdays used to be my killer brutal days where I took every class! Now they are like...super kawawa getting my ass kicked sparring days.
I took another Yoga class at OM. Although I enjoyed it and thought it was fun, I felt a bit unchallenged. UGH. I am sure I will be back sporadically but not regularly.
