Workout
Sandwiching some Capoeira play in between Muay Thai classes.
Been hibernating all day and decided I need to get my fat ass out so I took both 5 and 6pm Muay Thai. I had originally planned to train Capoeira but the academy was closed. 5pm class was lots of teeps and knees. Working on timing which I am bad at. After class I got to play Capoeira yay! We got tired fast.
Workout
Switch kicks and jumping kicks.
Muay Thai class was full of switch stance drills. Confused the crap out of everyone.
Capoeira was double jumping kicks. Kinda fun but since I haven't been training much I felt out of it and kind of frustrated. My teacher kicked me in the knee. Kinda scary how people are not as controlled in Capoeira.

Bonchon Chicken fiasco
Monday: Restday
went to bed at 1am, woke up 7:30am.
Should have totally worked out and binged on bonchon chicken with the guys. Totally regret that.
Tue: went to bed 1am, woke up 7am.
Yoga in the morning on my own. 90min.
5pm Muay Thai -teeps galore. Arnis/Kali -knife work. Capoeira -confusing turns with negativa.

Back to queda de rins.
sleep log: went to bed at 2:30am. Woke up at 7:30 am.
I found another Capoeirista to play with today before class. It was AWESOME especially since my group is on a retreat this weekend which meant no class...I'm back to sucking at my queda de rins to backbend to negativa. What happened to it?

Perfecting teeps and why I miss the drum circle.
9am Yoga...I tried scorpion and face planted. Went home and tried it again, landed on the side of my head. Not the business.
