It's a well known fact that I rarely go a single minute without music.  Whether it's working, cooking, cleaning, biking, running, traveling, driving, walking to the grocery...music is ALWAYS on.  I program the music in the office, I create the playlists for a lot of our events.

A (Hot) Wild Beast in 31 Days

Every week, we're highlighting one of the great minds and bodies in our Social Workout community. This week's "Featured Body," one of our Love Challenge stars, Angelino and soccer lover: ADRIANA. Look for her workouts on the homepage all week.

Monday morning.  First day of the month, first day of the week.  Clean palette, fresh start, anything can happen.  I like these days because it almost feels like New Years again.  Well, in addition to the challenge being 31 days, I have exactly 31 days left to live in Los Angeles.  I say this with both a heavy heart and a smile on my face because i LOVE LA, everything about it, and vow to take advantage of the city every single day.

Nutrition Seminar @ Crossfit Hollywood

So yesterday after Crossfit and before the Boxing gym, I attended a nutrition and diet seminar taught by the owner and ultimate badass, Andy.  We learned about The Zone Diet "Blocks" and also got measured.

Missing Bikram

My body told me something this morning.  She said, "I miss Bikram Yoga."

Every day when I come into work, there is something missing, something off.  I down a bunch of water, sometimes I even get a coffee to see if that helps out.  I put my hair in a bun, then I put it down.  I change my sneakers.  I stretch.  I take a few deep breaths.
