Instead, she suggests working fitness into your household chores: Push-ups while you do the dishes, or lunges while vacuuming. Really? As a soon-to-be mama, this video makes me want to barf. What "busy moms" need is grandma, or grandpa, or auntie, or hubby, or neighbor or whomever to look after the kids for a bit so they can have some bloody personal time to take care of themselves. Doing lunges while vaccuming is NOT taking care of oneself!
