A more cerebral kind of workout + Spark!
Gave the body a bit of a rest today, aside from some stretching in the morning...
Worked the brain instead, finally getting through a pile of articles about pilates, posture, anatomy, etc., that I've been collecting for the past few months, as well as an awesome book that I recommend to all the folks here: "Spark: The new Science of Exercise and the Brain" by John Ratey. If you or someone you know needs some scientifically backed motivation for making exercise a regular part of your life, this book will do it!
