plank, part I

one of my goals for the body of work was to increase my plank time to five minutes. the most i'd done before was four.

attempt one: 4:30
could have probably done it today if i had my mind in the right mode. think this goal will be easier to knock down than anticipated.

notes:
i am thirsty. my body really throws off some heat when i do planks, which is funny because i am stationary. slowing down my breathing and counting breaths is a good way to get there. i will work on mental focus, because when i lost that it was over.

You DO have to try hooping! It's the best. Let me know if I can help with suggestions, more info. Keep up the great work with your Challenge. A five minute plank? Wow, my jaw dropped when I read that. Impressive and inspiring.
